Moving along

Well, it's been a crazy couple weeks at work. Bob and I are getting ready to go on Vacation for a couple days. I am going to meet my in-laws! I am so excited to finally meet everyone... It's gonna be nice to meet my newly extended family. I believe that I found a photographer for the wedding, we have an appointment set up for that. I am finally going to go look at wedding dresses, even though I wanted to wait, I am going to go... I wanted to wait til I lost some more weight (or even 1 lb) but I dont know how long it will take to get the dress in and the wedding is almost 8 months away, I dont want to push it... Well, that's all for now...
this is a picture of me and a good friend a couple months ago...

Cherish Every Minute

So I was watching Oprah tonight and the guests were Dick Ebersol and Susan Saint James. They lost their 14 yr old son in a tragic plane crash. Dick, his older son, and Teddy were in a plane crash Thanksgiving weekend 2004. Teddy was thrown from the plane...the plane landed on top of him perserving his body (meaning that he wasnt burned beyond recognition). The rest of the plane caught fire and Dick and his older son were hurt badly but survived. The family was on the show to discuss how their family was doing and it was very humbling show. I am adding this post simply to give you a quote that they say Teddy gave at his graduation ceremony... "The finish line is simply the beginning of a new race" .. In life, there is always another challenge or obstacle ahead of you. While you may achieve one goal, the next is waiting for you. Everyday life gives us challenges that weigh us down and test our faith... but you must always keep in sight the wonderful things in your life... Whatever those things may be... a niece's smile, a fiance's kiss... the waggin of your dog's tail... it's all things wonderful that truly complete your day... cherish those...

My Beautiful Niece

This is my beautiful niece (fuss bucket). This was when she was 19 days old. She is almost 10 months old... she is doing great and even knows how to climb up Aunt Jenny's leg...

Getting Better

Well,
The worst is past and the surgery is done .. yeah!!! I am resting at home and feeling better. The doctors say that everything looked good and that the test should come back fine. For those of you who do not know, I had the LEEP procedure done yesterday morning. All is well and even got to do a little wedding planning last night with Mom. I got to spend some time with my neice this morning so that was great. I am home and gonna take a nap.... Take care!

We're Engaged!

Well,
Just wanted everyone to know that we are now happily engaged and looking forward to our wedding on March 31, 2007. We have been engaged for about 3 weeks now and I have so much left to do. Now that Mom is home, we can start the planning. If anyone has any good ideas for "something new, old, borrowed, blue" please let me know, that seems to be the hardest part... Take care

Welcome

Hello Everyone,
I thought I would get in tune with what was "hot" so I decided to start my own blogspot website to share thought and pictures and the "happenings" of my life...Things have been so busy lately with family, babies, dogs, cats, and weddings that I think this will be a fun way for me to share what's going on in my life with my friends and family.

Well, first of all, this picture is one of my favorites of Bob and Tattoo doing what they love...hanging out together...arent they the cutest!

Bob and I are now happily living together in El Mirage, Arizona and trying to put the house back together after combining all of his stuff with my stuff...how can two people have so much stuff...

Keep watching the website and I will do my best to keep you informed! Take care!
